Quality customer service is very important to us at Ardrossan Foodland

Every one of our staff strives to give our customers a level of service that exceeds their expectation. No one likes waiting, and we understand you have better things to do than stand in a queue at the supermarket – that’s why our staff are instructed to call for additional checkout operators if anyone is waiting. We will happily help you to your car with your purchases, or we can even arrange home delivery.

We were very proud to receive the Checkout/Service Department Award at the 2012 Foodland/IGA Retailer of the Year Awards – fantastic recognition for our hardworking staff. To be judged as having the best service of any Foodland store in South Australia is quite an achievement – Congratulations to all concerned.
